Ces algues appartiennent au m\u00eame genre que les Sargasses p\u00e9lagiques auxquelles notre \u00e9quipe s\u2019int\u00e9resse. Les \u00e9chantillons r\u00e9colt\u00e9s serviront \u00e0 \u00e9tudier leurs caract\u00e9ristiques chimiotaxonomiques (\u00e9tude de la composition chimique des organismes et de leur classification) ainsi que la composition des communaut\u00e9s bact\u00e9riennes associ\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le but ? Les comparer aux Sargasses p\u00e9lagiques. Les plong\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9es en amont, ils vont en faire deux au sud de Fort de France, une au rocher du Diamant et une \u00e0 la pointe de l\u2019Anse d\u2019Arlet. Sargasses benthiques<\/div><\/div><\/figcaption><\/figure><div class=\"fg-loader\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<p>Ensuite une fois sur le bateau, le conditionnement des \u00e9chantillons d\u00e9bute : un premier fragment de l\u2019individu sera utilis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9aliser l\u2019analyse phylog\u00e9nique (identification de l\u2019esp\u00e8ce par s\u00e9quen\u00e7age de l\u2019ADN), un second permettra l\u2019analyse chimiotaxonomique et un dernier sera pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 pour la bact\u00e9riologie. Pour finir l\u2019individu sera mis en herbier pour \u00eatre conserv\u00e9 et pour \u00e9tudier sa morphologie.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de leurs plong\u00e9es nos scientifiques ont observ\u00e9s de nombreuses nasses de p\u00eache pleines de poissons. Cette technique de p\u00eache vise sp\u00e9cifiquement la langouste. La strat\u00e9gie est de prendre, dans un premier temps, des poissons qui resteront pi\u00e9g\u00e9s et mourront en quelques jours. Cela va attirer les langoustes qui voudront les manger et resteront, fatalement, coinc\u00e9es \u00e0 leur tour. Cette p\u00eache est l\u00e9gale mais malencontreusement certaines nasses sont abandonn\u00e9es ou perdues et restent sur le fond \u00e0 p\u00eacher inutilement\u2026 En plus de provoquer la mort de nombreux poissons elles polluent le fond, ab\u00eement des \u00e9ponges et des colonies de coraux et sont \u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019une d\u00e9gradation des habitats naturels&#8230;<\/p>\n<style type=\"text\/css\">\n#foogallery-gallery-1941 .fg-image { width: 150px;
